Personal Information for Students

Full name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile number, educational qualifications, institution details, academic records, institution/university logo and branding, skills, certifications, projects, portfolio, resume/CV, profile photograph, career preferences, job application details, and government-issued identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN) for verification purposes.

Personal Information for Institutions

Institution name, registration details, accreditation information, official institution logo, branding materials, insignia, authorized representative details, institution address, contact information, course catalogs, curriculum details, and student placement records and statistics.

Personal Information for Employers

Company name, registration number, GST details, official company logo, branding materials, trademarks, authorized representative details, company address, contact information, job posting details, hiring requirements, interview schedules, and assessment criteria.

Technical Information

We automatically collect IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, navigation patterns, cookies, similar tracking technologies, and geolocation data (with your consent).

3. Purpose of Data Collection

Primary Purposes

Platform access and account management, matchmaking services to connect students with job opportunities and internships, branding and display of organizational logos on user profiles and promotional materials, marketing and promotion featuring partner institutions, communication about applications and updates, transaction processing for premium services, and verification of credentials and qualifications.

Secondary Purposes

Analytics to analyze user behavior and improve Platform functionality, compliance with legal obligations and prevention of fraud, marketing communications about our services (with opt-out options), and research and surveys for service improvement.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under consent (explicit consent for specific activities), contractual necessity (to perform our obligations), legal obligation (to comply with applicable laws), and legitimate interests (to operate and improve our services while ensuring minimal impact on your privacy).
